This rooftop extension to a 1930's Art Moderne apartment block designed by architect GG Wimbourne blends sympathetically with the style of the existing building and Myrdle Street Conservation Area. The proposed flats received excellent initial feedback form the Planning and Conservation officers and are currently pending approval.
