A9 Architects were appointed for the technical stages of this 6-unit roof extension.

A new steel structure with piled foundation surrounds and adds an extra storey to the existing 1950s residential blocks. All new flats have dual-aspect and have a balcony connecting with the living-dining areas. The coloured HPL panels, combined with a new white render finish over the existing facing bricks, refresh and unify the existing blocks facade with the new roof apartments.
